Formerly incarcerated people and those with criminal records face special challenges in finding work, often encountering biases at the hiring stage. Indeed has made it a priority to help break down these barriers by promoting fair chance hiring. For the Fire Chance Hiring spot, the creative team chose a man with real-life experience with these issues as the main talent, crafting a spot that’s both uplifting and grounded.
