Ready to Work

Creative work is all about collaboration. For Ready to Work, the team worked with not one but nine brands, including Dunkin Donuts, the Chicago Bulls and Care.com to launch a unique–and uniquely useful–hiring event. A blend of virtual and in-person, the Ready to Work event invited job seekers to find better, more fulfilling work with a little help from the participating brands.

In an Indeed first, job seekers also had a chance to win big prizes such as free coffee
for life at Dunkin or $500 in ride credit from Lyft. The Ready to Work campaign is also notable for its dynamic photographic subjects, a diverse crew of lively, interesting people photographed in a style that’s anything but stock-y.

We held custom shoot to capture photos and video that help reflect the vibrant, optimistic job seekers that we would to help with the Ready to Work campaign. We cast non-models to make sure we had an authentic and diverse cast.

While an always-on virtual experience helped us reach tons of job seekers, these in-person events helped us connect with job seekers in 5 different cities across the country. Filled with activations, inspirational talks, and 1:1 career coaching, these events had something for people at each stage of the job seeker journey.

In order to let people know about the event, we took to social and created everything from organic posts to gifs and stickers for Instagram stories for people to post with at the events.
